5. Activities galore! what do you like?  fishing, water sports, nightlife, touring, or simply a spot for tranquility?  Like seafood? want luxurious meals in fancy restaurants? Or would you rather partake of the local flair?

Safe investment………..Playa Pacifica is inside a trust, and all funds are administered by a “funds adminstrator”…….So what that really means, you get a clear title, deeded property, and no one can run off with your money before your condo is completed. Everything is legally completed by contract, no funds are released until everyone is happy and in conformation with the terms.

9. Instant equity, IF… you get in early. This is no small project, it will be built in stages, therefore you should expect appreciation even before your condo is completed.  Having said that, this not a “flip this house” proposition.  You are buying resort quality condos, in a tourist area, with new public infrastructure…….think about renting your condo to others, using it as a vacation rental, or joint ownership with other family members, or simply your exotic hideaway.
